1. User Rights

We respect the privacy and full control of our users over their personal data. Therefore, every user has the right to:

• Permanently delete their account.

• Erase all personal data associated with their account, except for data that must be retained due to legal or regulatory requirements.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

Users can submit a request to delete their account in one of the following ways:

Through the Application:

• Open the menu Tabs > Profile > Profile Settings > Delete Account.

• Follow the instructions to confirm the deletion.

Via Email:

• Send a request to info@rafieritech.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

• Please include the following information:

  • Registered account name / email

  • Reason for deletion (optional)

3. Deletion Process

• Requests will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of receipt.

• Once the account is deleted, the associated data will be permanently removed from our servers, except for certain data required to be retained under applicable laws (e.g., financial transaction records).

• Account deletion is final and cannot be reversed.

4. Consequences of Account Deletion

• The user will no longer be able to access services with the deleted account.

• Personal data, preferences, and activity history will be erased.

• Access to subscriptions, points, or any active services will also be terminated.
